About these terms
These terms apply when you play ReRave Plus or use its online service (this website, accounts, leaderboards, replays, friends and chat), run by the ReRavers team. By playing or using the service you agree to them.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. If you got the game from the App Store or Google Play, their terms apply too; Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or the service.
Your account
- Accounts are free and optional: you can also play as a guest. Use an e-mail address you can read; password resets are sent there.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Usernames must not be offensive, pretend to be someone else or contain personal information. We may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.
- If your country requires a parent's permission for online services at your age, ask a parent before creating an account.
Playing fair
- Scores must come from your own play. Don't use modified games, bots, automated input or tools that change the game or what it sends.
- Our server plays submitted runs back to check them. Scores that don't match may be removed or kept off the leaderboards.
- Don't attack or overload the service, try to get into other players' accounts, or copy the service's data in bulk.
Community rules
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players.
In chat, in usernames and avatars, and in anything else you share, don't:
- harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone;
- post hate speech or attack people for who they are;
- post sexual content, or anything that sexualises minors;
- post violent, graphic or illegal content, or encourage self-harm;
- spam, advertise, scam or phish;
- share anyone's personal information, or pretend to be another player, the ReRavers team or anyone else.
You can block players in your friends list and use the support page to report abuse to us. Our moderators review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and can mute, suspend or ban the players responsible, at once in serious cases.
What you post
What you create stays yours: chat messages, your avatar, the replays of your plays. By posting it in the service you let us store, show and share it within the service (for example public replays and profiles) for as long as it is there. Only post what you have the right to post.
The game's content
The game, its songs, artwork, charts, sounds and software belong to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the game and use the service for your own non-commercial use. Don't copy, decrypt, extract, sell or redistribute the game or its content, or build other services from it, except where the law allows it.
Purchases and ads
There is nothing to buy in the game and there are no ads. Coins and unlocks in your account, including any from earlier versions of the game, have no money value and can't be exchanged. If we add purchases or ads, additional terms will apply and we will show them before you buy anything.
The service as it is
We run ReRave Plus for its community and try to keep it working, but it is provided as it is: songs, features and the service itself may change, be interrupted or end, and data such as scores may be reset or lost.
As far as the law allows, we give no warranties about the game or the service, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for problems outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that an agreement cannot limit.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the game or in Settings on this website and the Privacy Policy lists what is deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect players and the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep playing after it takes effect, you accept it; if you don't agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
