Common questions
Do I need an account?
No, you can play as a guest. An account keeps your scores, replays, friends and awards online and puts you on the leaderboards. Create one in the game (tap the bar at the bottom of the menus) or sign up on this website and use the same username and password in both.
I forgot my password
In the game, open the login dialog and choose Recover Account. On this website, use the password reset page. Either way we e-mail you a link to choose a new password.
My score is missing or not verified
Scores are uploaded when you finish a song while signed in; plays made offline upload the next time you are online. Our server then plays the run back to check it, and a verified score gets its badge a moment later.
The notes feel early or late
Open Settings, then Game: Global Visual Offset moves the notes against the music and Global Input Offset adjusts when your touches count. Press Test to try your settings on a song.
Can I play offline?
In the iOS and Android apps, a song is downloaded the first time you play it and then works offline. Settings, then Song Manager, lists downloaded songs and frees space.
Does anything cost money?
No. There is nothing to buy and there are no ads.
Someone is harassing me
Block them in your friends list (in the game or on the Friends page here), then tell us with the form below, choosing "Chat or another player". Include their username and what happened.
I played ReRave before Plus
Link your ReRave mobile or arcade profile to your account in Settings, Classic profiles with the e-mail and password (or arcade name and PIN) you used then.
Delete your account
- In the game: tap your name in the bar at the bottom of the menus, choose Delete Account, confirm, and enter your password.
- On this website: sign in and open Delete account in Settings.
- Can't sign in? Send the form below from the account's e-mail address with the topic "Delete my account or data".
Your account, scores, replays, awards, friends and messages are deleted at once and can't be restored. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is deleted and what stays without your name.
